The protection of your personal data is important to me. Personal data is collected on this website only to the extent technically necessary and processed exclusively on the basis of legal requirements (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by: STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.

When the site is accessed, server log files are automatically recorded by the host (IP address, date, time, requested URL, referrer, browser/OS). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure delivery). A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with STRATO.

4. Contact form (Tally)

For the contact form I use the service Tally by Tally B.V. (Netherlands, EU). On clicking “Get in touch”, a script is loaded from tally.so and a form is displayed. The data you enter (e.g. name, email, message) is transmitted to Tally and processed there in order to forward your enquiry to me.

The data is deleted as soon as the enquiry has been processed and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.

5. Fonts

The fonts Geist Sans and Geist Mono are served locally from this server. No connection is made to third-party providers such as Google Fonts.

6. Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking cookies. Tally may set technically necessary cookies when the form is opened — see Tally’s privacy policy.

The website uses localStorage solely to store your selected theme preference (light/dark). This information remains in your browser and is not transmitted.

7. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
